Join Wellness Whisperers for a sacred evening on the shores of Whitefish Lake, Ontario, as we gather in community to celebrate the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year and a powerful portal for release, renewal, and radiant intention

A curated journey designed to restore, release, and reawaken:
Welcome & Seasonal Plant-Based Picnic
Arrive, ground, and nourish yourself with soulfully prepared, plant-based dishes inspired by the season
Opening Ceremony :
Gather in shared presence and begin the sacred community with mindful breath, sound, and stillness
Cleansing Ritual (with Salt & Singing Bowl) :
Cleanse and clear energy using natural salt, intention, and the harmonics of singing bowls to prepare for inner work.
Nourish the body as well as the soul :
Indulge in fresh from the earth foods from seasonal berries, nutritious grains and herbal teas to power the body.
Intention Setting & Implementation :
Set your vision for the season ahead and explore practical, soulful ways to embody your intentions in daily life.
Reflection & Closing Circle :
Connect in shared stillness, gratitude, and gentle integration as we honor the return of light — within and without
